Tiffany, A.P.R.N.

Tiffany is a true Floridian, born and raised in a small town north of Tampa. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Anthropology with a focus in Biocultural studies and a Master of Science in Nursing. She has spent several years practicing as an RN in orthopedics at a local hospital before becoming a board-certified nurse Practitioner. Tiffany graduated from the USF’s Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner program and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. She is board-certified in Adult Gerontology Acute Care with an additional certification in Orthopedics. Her specialties include bioidentical hormones, orthopedics and thyroid and weight management. In her spare time, she is cycling (participating in 165-mile bike rides from Miami to Key West 5 times!), kayaking, and hiking. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their black lab, Spartacus.

Maria

Vita Maria is our Clinic Director. She is a dynamic, multi-talented member of our team. She was born in New York but now practically a native of Florida here over 40 years. She comes to us with a background in the health and beauty industries, ranging from laser hair removal to wellness centers. Maria also owned her own health food store and has worked with Dr. Young for almost a decade. She is his right-hand person and assists in all things! She will have an answer to your questions and greet you with a smile at all times!

Nancy

Nancy has been with the practice for years.  She is our insurance and billing specialist and provides our patients with outstanding service.  Her experience in accounts receivables, insurance contracts, and billing extends 30 years, and she has been a Certified Professional Coder since 2002.  She comes to us from the Orthopedic, Cardiology, Interventional Pain Management and Pediatric fields.  We are thankful to have her on our team!

Rachael

Rachael has been with YFHC for several years. She graduated from Everest University as a Medical Assistant in 2011 and then came to work here. Starting at the front desk she has worked her way from billing to checking patients in/out and now occupies the position of Dr. Young’s Medical Assistant and right-hand ‘woman.’ She also assists Rudee in the IV room. Give her a call if you are a current patient with questions for Dr. Young.

Rudee

Rudee has been a certified medical assistant and IV technician at YFHC for over 10 years. She first started her medical career in Thailand where she worked as a LPN for 7 years. Since 2009, she has run the IV room smoothly, tending to patients by giving injections, drawing blood and administering IV therapy.

Alicia

Hi, my name is Alicia. I’m originally from New York and work as Tiffany’s Medical Assistant. I hold an Associate of Applied Science with a concentration in Medical Assisting and a bachelor’s degree in Alternative Medicine. I’m passionate about integrative healthcare and enjoy supporting patients and helping create a welcoming experience. Outside of work, I love live music and spending time with my three dogs and two cats.

Hi, my name is Alyssa, and I am one of the medical assistants here at YFHC. I was born and raised here in Florida, and I enjoy reading in my free time.

Debbie

Debbie has been with YFHC since 2013. The proud sister of a USAF Brigadier General and daughter of an Army officer, she was born in Illinois, raised in Virginia and moved to Chicago after graduating college. She and her family moved to sunny Florida in 2003. She is our smiling medical assistant that you will see when you sign in for your appointment at the front desk.

Natalie

Hi my name is Natalie. I am a certified medical assistant. I am a proud mother to a beautiful baby girl. I work here part-time as a cross-trained floater.

Courtney

Courtney is our New Patient Coordinator. She calls to schedule all new patient appointments. She comes to us with a degree in Finance and she is a proud dog mom to Bolt and Maggie. You can see her smiling face in one of the offices by check-in.

Amber

Hi, my name is Amber, and I am a medical receptionist here at YFHC! I'm a Tampa girl, born and raised (Go Bucs!), with an AA in the arts. You'll get familiar with my voice since I answer your front desk inquiries and 2 days before your appointment I'm confirming your visit. If you're lucky, you might even catch me helping with check-ins or outs! I'm a rare sighting, like spotting a unicorn, but I keep the behind the scenes running smoothly!

Ashley

My name is Ashley. I am a front desk Receptionist at YFHC! I was born and raised here in Florida. I have my AA in environmental science and I love the outdoors. I also have 7 snakes as pets and I'm scuba certified. Can't wait to help you here at the office!
